Use the product-specific body-measurement chart rather than relying only on your usual clothing size. Verified charts will be shown on each product page before launch.

How should shapewear feel?
It should feel supportive without causing pain, numbness, difficulty breathing, or restricted movement. Remove the garment if you experience discomfort.

How should I care for my garment?
Follow the care label and the instructions on the applicable product page. Care instructions may vary by construction and will be finalized after supplier verification.

Where does ZENTRA ship?
ZENTRA is preparing for a United States-only launch with free standard shipping. Current planning uses approximately 1–2 business days for processing plus an estimated 2–4 business days in transit. A typical overall estimate is approximately 3–6 business days, but delivery dates are not guaranteed.
